Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used, scratched, broken, or damaged after delivery.

  • Original packaging, accessories, or invoice are missing.

  • The issue is caused by misuse, power surge, or unauthorized repair.

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (such as earbuds, diffusers, etc.) have been opened or used.


🔄 Replacement Policy

If the product is verified as faulty or incorrect, you may receive:

  • An exchange for a similar item (subject to availability).


💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable when:

  • The product cannot be repaired or replaced.

  • The wrong item cannot be exchanged.

  • The return request is approved after inspection.
